Mpoealeng Matsoso CA(SA)

Mpoealeng Matsoso is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive work experience. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science and a Postgraduate degree in Accounting Science.

She has attained her CA qualification with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants after passing both her board exams on her first attempt. Mpoealeng completed her CA articles at one of the top four audit firms in the world and her main focus was on Small to Medium Enterprises. She further obtained experience from other industries such as the Insurance sector, Logistics sector, Consumer goods sector and the Tertiary Education sector.

Mpoealeng has extensive knowledge in performing procedures in accordance with IFRS, IAS, ISA, the Companies Act and various relevant legislations that govern South African companies.

Mpoealeng has a strong passion in the advancement of Small to Medium sized enterprises as she believes that the future of our economy is in entrepreneurship.

Peter Munyai

Is a qualified Professional Accountant in Practice with extensive work experience across various businesses and industries, including Mining, Public entities, Medical Aid Schemes, & Unions.

I apply various financial management and business development solutions to companies. I understand that every business is different and therefore, I’m able to adapt solutions for modern-day business to the different needs of each company.

I am a firm believer in South Africa and that the untapped potential can be unleashed to resolve the levels of inequality and unemployment.
